
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lemon JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Ginger LiqueurDomaine de Canton
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Scotch WhiskyBlended Scotch
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Islay ScotchArdbeg float
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Honey SyrupHoney and water 1:1
Instructions
- Add 2 oz blended Scotch, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 oz honey syrup to shaker
- Add 1/4 oz ginger liqueur
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain over fresh ice in old fashioned glass
- Float 1/4 oz Islay Scotch on top
Pour slowly over bar spoon
- Garnish with candied ginger
