
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lemon JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lime JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Soda WaterTo top after pouring
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Heavy CreamHeavy whipping cream
- 1 whole (1.0 whole) Egg WhiteEssential for texture
- 3 drops (0.2 ml) Orange Flower WaterTraditional New Orleans ingredient
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) GinLondon Dry gin
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Simple SyrupLight simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 2 oz gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 1 oz heavy cream, 1 egg white, and 3 drops orange flower water to shaker
- Dry shake vigorously without ice for at least 1 minute
Essential long shake for emulsification
- Add ice and shake vigorously for another minute
- Strain into chilled Collins glass without ice
No ice in glass
- Allow foam to rise and settle briefly
- Carefully top with 1 oz soda water, pouring gently down the side
