Gin and sweet vermouth cocktail with Fernet Branca

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Sweet Vermouth
    Italian sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Fernet Branca
    Essential for authentic recipe
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Gin
    London Dry gin

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz gin and 1.5 oz sweet vermouth to mixing glass
  2. Add 2 dashes Fernet Branca
  3. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
  4. Strain into chilled coupe glass

    Pre-chill glass

  5. Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish
