- 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura Bitters bittersSoak sugar cube
- 4 oz (118 ml) Champagne mixerFrench champagne
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cognac spiritVSOP cognac
- 1 cube (1.0 cube) Sugar Cube sweetenerWhite sugar cube
Instructions
- Place sugar cube in champagne flute
- Saturate sugar cube with 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Add 1/2 oz cognac
- Top with 4 oz champagne
- Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
