Genever cocktail with Bols Oranjebitter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Bols Oranjebitter
    Traditional Dutch orange bitter
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Genever
    Traditional Dutch gin
  • 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Simple Syrup
    Rich simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz genever, 1/2 oz Bols Oranjebitter, and 1/4 oz simple syrup to mixing glass
  2. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
  3. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
  4. Express orange peel oils and garnish
