Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime Juice acid
    Fresh squeezed
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice acid
    Fresh squeezed
  • 1 dash (0.6 ml) Angostura Aromatic Bitters bitters
    Traditional spice
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Falernum modifier
    Spiced liqueur
  • 6 drops (0.3 ml) Absinthe modifier
    Aromatic bitter component
  • 1.5 oz (44.4 ml) Jamaican Dark Rum spirit
    Full-bodied Jamaican rum
  • 1.5 oz (44.4 ml) Puerto Rican Gold Rum spirit
    Light gold rum
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Demerara Rum (151 proof) spirit
    High-proof Demerara
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cinnamon Syrup sweetener
    Cinnamon-infused simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Grenadine sweetener
    Real pomegranate grenadine

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz Jamaican dark rum, 1.5 oz Puerto Rican gold rum, 1 oz Demerara 151 rum to shaker
  2. Add 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup, 1/2 oz grenadine, and 1/2 oz falernum
  3. Add 1 dash Angostura bitters and 6 drops absinthe
  4. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  5. Strain into tiki mug filled with crushed ice
  6. Garnish elaborately with mint sprigs, pineapple wedge, and cherry on long pick
