
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz (19.7 ml) Fresh Lemon JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1 whole (1.0 whole) Egg WhiteFor silky foam texture
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Sonnema BerenburgTraditional Frisian herbal liqueur
- 1/3 oz (9.9 ml) Simple SyrupLight simple syrup 1:1
Instructions
- Add 2 oz Sonnema Berenburg, 2/3 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/3 oz simple syrup to shaker
- Add 1 egg white
- Dry shake vigorously without ice
Essential for foam
- Add ice and shake again vigorously
- Strain into tumbler over fresh ice
- Garnish with lemon slice
