Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz (19.7 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
    Fresh squeezed
  • 1 whole (1.0 whole) Egg White
    For silky foam texture
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Sonnema Berenburg
    Traditional Frisian herbal liqueur
  • 1/3 oz (9.9 ml) Simple Syrup
    Light simple syrup 1:1

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz Sonnema Berenburg, 2/3 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/3 oz simple syrup to shaker
  2. Add 1 egg white
  3. Dry shake vigorously without ice

    Essential for foam

  4. Add ice and shake again vigorously
  5. Strain into tumbler over fresh ice
  6. Garnish with lemon slice
