- 1 tsp (4.9 ml) Bénédictine modifierHerbal liqueur
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Rye Whiskey spiritUse quality rye
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Cognac spiritVSOP or higher
Instructions
- Add 1 oz rye whiskey, 1 oz cognac, and 1 oz sweet vermouth to mixing glass
- Add 1 tsp Bénédictine and 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
- Strain over fresh ice in old fashioned glass
- Express lemon peel oils over drink and garnish
