
Ingredients
- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Peychaud's BittersNew Orleans aromatic bitters
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Sweet VermouthItalian sweet vermouth
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) CynarItalian artichoke bitter aperitif
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Rye WhiskeyCanadian or American rye
Instructions
- Add 1.5 oz rye whiskey, 3/4 oz sweet vermouth, and 3/4 oz Cynar to mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
Pre-chill glass
- Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish
