    Fresh squeezed
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Angostura Bitters bitters
    Used as base spirit
  • 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Rye Whiskey spirit
    Small amount for depth
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Orgeat Syrup sweetener
    Almond syrup

  1. Add 1 oz Angostura bitters, 1 oz orgeat syrup, and 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice to shaker
  2. Add 1/4 oz rye whiskey for depth
  3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  4. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
  5. Express lemon peel oils over drink
