- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Pimm's No. 1 spiritBritish aperitif
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple Syrup sweetenerLight simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 2 oz Pimm's No. 1, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup to Collins glass filled with ice
- Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Top with 4 oz quality ginger beer
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with cucumber slice and fresh mint
