Ingredients

  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters
    Bright citrus character
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Campari
    Italian bitter aperitif
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Sweet Vermouth
    Italian sweet vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
    Use quality bourbon

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz bourbon, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz sweet vermouth to mixing glass
  2. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  3. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
  4. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
  5. Express orange peel oils and garnish
