Ingredients
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lime JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Fresh Pineapple JuiceFresh pineapple
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) CampariItalian bitter aperitif
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Dark RumJamaican dark rum
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple SyrupRich simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 1.5 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz Campari, 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup to shaker
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain over fresh ice in old fashioned glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedge
