
Ingredients
- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange BittersEssential for Bamboo
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Dry VermouthFrench dry vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Fino SherryDry fino sherry
Instructions
- Add 1.5 oz fino sherry and 1.5 oz dry vermouth to mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes orange bitters
- Fill with ice and stir gently until chilled
Light stirring for delicate sherry
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
Pre-chill glass
- Garnish with lemon twist
