Low-ABV sherry and vermouth cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters
    Essential for Bamboo
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Dry Vermouth
    French dry vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Fino Sherry
    Dry fino sherry

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz fino sherry and 1.5 oz dry vermouth to mixing glass
  2. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  3. Fill with ice and stir gently until chilled

    Light stirring for delicate sherry

  4. Strain into chilled coupe glass

    Pre-chill glass

  5. Garnish with lemon twist
