    Italian bitter aperitif
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Sweet Vermouth
    Italian sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Prosecco
    Italian sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Add 1 oz Campari and 1 oz sweet vermouth to wine glass
  2. Fill glass with ice cubes
  3. Top with 1 oz Prosecco

    Pour gently to preserve bubbles

  4. Stir gently once to combine
