- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters bittersAdds citrus complexity
- 1 whole (1.0 whole) Egg White modifierFor texture and foam
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Gin spiritLondon Dry gin
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Grenadine sweetenerReal pomegranate grenadine
Instructions
- Add 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz grenadine to shaker
- Add 1 egg white and 2 dashes orange bitters
- Dry shake vigorously without ice Essential for foam
- Add ice and shake again vigorously
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
