- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Suze spiritFrench gentian aperitif
Instructions
- Add 2 oz Suze to wine glass filled with ice
- Add 2 dashes orange bitters
- Add 3 oz Prosecco
- Top with 1 oz soda water
- Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
