  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters
    Bright citrus notes
  • 1 twist (1.0 twist) Orange Peel
    Fresh orange peel
  • 3 oz (88.7 ml) Prosecco
    Italian sparkling wine
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Soda Water
    For effervescence
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Suze
    French gentian aperitif

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz Suze to wine glass filled with ice
  2. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  3. Add 3 oz Prosecco
  4. Top with 1 oz soda water
  5. Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
